Abort the Supreme Court is an independent reproductive-justice project focused on abortion access, bodily autonomy, and reproductive freedom.

The name reflects a simple idea: no government body should have the power to force someone to remain pregnant against their will.

For nearly 50 years, the U.S. Supreme Court recognized a constitutional right to abortion under Roe v. Wade. In 2022, the Court reversed that precedent in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, eliminating federal protections and allowing states to restrict or ban abortion.

The result has been a fragmented landscape where access depends heavily on geography, income, and resources.

Abort the Supreme Court exists to respond to that reality by:

  • connecting people with abortion and reproductive health resources
  • reducing stigma around abortion and reproductive choices
  • supporting those navigating complex legal and medical systems
  • providing practical toolkits for activism and mutual aid

This project centers bodily autonomy, reproductive justice, and the belief that people should have the freedom to decide if and when they become parents.
